Both New Trier and Lake Forest placed five players on the 2016 all-state field hockey team. North Shore Country Day had three players make the team.
Four Trevians were first-team selections: Julie Gottreich, Erin Joseph, Megan Minturn and Nell Van Schaack. Isabelle Sennett was named to the second team.
NSCD’s Jess Hourihand, Alexandra Morgan and Abby Renard were awarded second-team honors.
Loyola Academy’s Gabby Paracchini also claimed second-team accolades.
LF’s recognized players include first-teamers Greta Kullby, Grace Payne and Libby Thompson and second-teamers Paige LeClercq and Catherine Nicholson.
Lake Forest Academy had two second-team selections: Lena Anasri and Izzy Moody.
Glenbrook South’s Megan Dillon was a second-team pick.
The other first-teamers include Glenbard West’s Amber Bode, Emma Erickson and Willa Ostroff; Oak Park-River Forest’s Christen Conley; and Latin’s Emma Goldber. The other second-teamers were OPRF’s Mia Ryan and Antioch’s Rebekah Cartledge.
